Cole Relph, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. With a strong foundation in both clinical and hospital-based psychiatric care, he has worked closely with psychiatrists to manage patient care and oversee Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments. Cole has over 11 years of experience as a registered nurse, initially in critical care and since 2022, working closely with a psychiatrist to manage care for patients in a clinical and hospital setting. Cole’s experience includes extensive experience managing patients in inpatient hospital settings as well as outpatient, long term care, and residential treatment. 

He provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages. His clinical focus includes the treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, dementia, and behavioral and adjustment disorders. Cole is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that supports each patient’s mental health and overall well-being.
